A reception was held on Nov. 21 for seven graduating senior art majors

The Colvard Student Union’s second-floor gallery features “LIMBO,” the Bachelor of Fine Arts Fine Art Thesis Exhibition, a collection of mixed-media by three fine arts drawing majors.

“Contact.F.13,” the BFA Photography Thesis Senior Show, is in the Cullis Wade Depot gallery on the MSU Welcome Center’s second floor. This show represents the first stand-alone display of photography students’ work since photography became a separate academic concentration in the art department.

The work will be on display through Dec. 7.

“LIMBO” exhibitors include, by hometown:
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.–Jeffrey M. “Jeff” Nickell, the son of James Nickell and Nancy Williams.

JACKSON–Larry E. Davis, the son of Laurie and Geneva Davis.

OLIVE BRANCH–Andrea Byers, the daughter of Tommy and Sarah Byers.

The “Contact.F.13” photography exhibitors include, by hometown:
BRANDON–Nicola R. “Nikki” McKenzie, the daughter of Lloyd and Mary Robertson.

LOUISVILLE–Carrie M. Shannon, daughter of Arnold and Lisa Strait.

RALEIGH–Sarah L. Tramel, the daughter of William and Catherine Tramel.

WINONA–Carey M. Woods, the daughter of Tommy and Renae Woods.
