Refund Policy

1.  You have 30 days to report at misprint to the lab. A refund WILL NOT be given after 30 days from the date of print.

  1. When you do have a misprint that is caused by a printer error, please inform the lab monitor.
  1. In order to receive a refund you MUST present the misprinted item to the lab when you come to request your refund. This will help to determine the printing problem.
  1. If there is a dispute over what should be refunded then the final decision will be made by the Art Department IT Coordinator.
  1. If you have any questions/problems/concerns about what you are printing or how to set up your document, come and ask the monitor on duty for assistance.  We will be more than happy to help you in order to avoid misprints.

The following printing errors WILL not receive a refund.

  • Prints that are rotated or cropped. This is due to improper setup of the document.
  • Excess printing by accidentally selecting multiple copies i.e excess printing by hitting the print button repeatedly
