Webinar: 'Informal City: Place attachment, resiliency, and climate change'

As part of an international research project, Mississippi State University School of Architecture Assistant Professor Silvina Lopez Barrera is organizing a webinar with Dr. Diego Thompson (MSU, Sociology) and colleagues from University of Lima, Peru.

The goal of this project is to understand how the different characteristics of informal and self-help housing influence place attachment, vulnerability, and community resilience in different contexts in the Americas.

This research project is sponsored by the MSU International Institute.

The Webinar hosted by University of Lima is free and open to the public and will be delivered in Spanish.
